Morning hike, nice lunch with friends. Catch happy hour drinks and back to my home to spend the evening with my family.

Growing up in Hong Kong, Prince went back to his roots in India as a Marketing Assistant for a couple of years, before stumbling into the F&B industry at age 22 serving in different venues in LFK without knowing that could be his career. It’s only when he encountered the Maestro, Salvatore Calabrese, which transformed his vision of the industry, and propelled him into upscale bars such as The Optimist, CE LA VI, and finally, ZUMA as a Head Bartender.
